Website Updates

Aside

It would appear that the wonderful WordSocial publishing tool; which is being used to spread the word of updates across the many networks with which mgodwinDESIGN is associated; is working over time. Advanced apologies if you feel that you are being inundated with project updates.  There appear to be times when the interface seams to have a mind of its own making posts when minor updates to pages/posts are made even when there isn’t a big green check next to the publish here boxes.

But then in the same regard, having some of the older work published across the media does allow for greater viewing potential of work that may otherwise be left unseen due to it’s age.  It is intended that theses updates while the site is being populated with archived work are to be limited preferably highlighting some of the key work.

Note To Self

Aside

While populating the website with “old” content, I need to remember to turn off the publish to LinkedIn and Facebook most of the time so I am not flooding the wall updates.

New Site Live!

Status

The new site layout for mgoodwinDESIGN is now live!  There are some tweaks in formatting that still needs to happen around the site and it’s time to dive into populating the site with a lot of design content.

Tech Support

Aside

So today is apparently the day for playing tech support with clients…Between clients not knowing how to operate software to breaking clients habits of using Internet Explorer or any other web browser to access FTP sites… Get an FTP Software or use WINDOWS Explorer (or the Mac Equivalent) and save yourself the clicks of individual downloads.
