michael goodwin : the portfolio

. . . creativity, experience, knowledge, and realization can be seen through out my work . . . not everything can be said to be my best work, but everything shows my learning, growth, and understanding the best . . . from learning about space and how it is manipulated through extrusion and subtraction, to being able to draw existing objects by first taking their measurements . . . from there taking what has been learned and applying it to a very undefined space and creating a purposeful intervention . . . bus stops, the old architecture building, exhibition units that are half the size of the actual unit, telephone booths, and a multitude of boxes . . . everything develops further on itself and on all of the work that came before it . . . it is a never ending circle that continues to grow and build without a beginning, without an end . . . only improvement and continual learning . . .
