  • Architectural Design
    • Currently mgoodwinDESIGN is not a license to stamp architectural drawing in Georgia. We can provide design services and documentation for projects that do not require the stamp from an Architect of Record.
    • We can provide Schematic Design and early Design Development services for projects that we cannot take into the Construction Documentation and Construction phases.
    •  mgoodwinDESIGN has a network of trusted colleagues which we can team up in order to produce Construction Documents and administer construction.

Compensation

mgoodwinDESIGN strives to maintain a fair rate of compensation for services provided to our clients.  In light of this we are willing to work with our clients to ensure the price fits their budget.  We are willing to price projects Hourly, by Project Phase, or as a Flat Rate. We can also establish a monthly retainer for maintenance or to provide general services as described in a Scope of Services Agreement customized to each clients needs.
